Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the appointments.page service (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. The Service
appointments.page is a multi-tenant appointment booking platform. Each tenant receives a public booking page, dashboard, and tools to manage services, staff, and customers. The Service is provided on a subscription basis under the plans listed on our pricing page.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@appointments.page if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions, billing, cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or annually, according to the billing cycle you choose. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your billing page at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; paid features remain available until that period ends. We do not provide refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send unsolicited communications (spam) to customers or third parties.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe intellectual property rights.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network.
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of customer data, appointment data, and any other content you upload ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to collect and store the personal information of your customers in the Service. If you connect a third-party service, such as Google Calendar or Zoom, you authorize us to send it the information needed for that integration. That service's own terms and policies apply.
7. Health information
appointments.page is a general appointment scheduling platform. It is not designed for the collection, storage, or processing of Protected Health Information (PHI) or Personal Health Information (PHI/PHIPA). Users must not enter medical diagnoses, treatment information, laboratory results, or other sensitive health information into the platform. appointments.page is not a HIPAA Business Associate or a PHIPA Health Information Network Provider/Agent, and the service must not be used where compliance with these regulations is required.
8. Service availability
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, Resend), and other factors may cause downtime. We are not liable for losses arising from such downtime.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to other users or the platform. You may ask us to close your account at any time by contacting support@appointments.page.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and notify users of material changes where required by applicable law. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
